Please note that all orders are required to pay in full in advance as instant payment online including pre-order items. Payment will be charged in EURO. However, if you are using a foreign credit/debit card to make a purchase in Euro from our site, your bank may charge you some extra fees, which you are responsible for as we will only receive the original amount of the order from you regardless.

For customers who choose to pay by credit card or debit card, please ensure the correct CVC/CCV is provided during checkout. For new customers who wish to have their orders shipped to an unconfirmed address, we might require proof of address/identity before we can process your order.

If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, additional verification may be required by our Customer Protection department. Please note that Teletone s.r.o. reserves the right to deny the request to ship to an address other than the billing address.
